Terms of service

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these terms.

2. Orders and prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the item price. Delivery fees, gift wrap and any discounts are shown before you confirm.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address can't be reached, or we suspect fraud; any payment is then refunded.
• Product photos are for illustration. Flowers, cakes and hampers are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape or packaging; we may substitute an item of equal or higher value if something is unavailable.

3. Payment

• You can pay cash on delivery, by card through Safepay, or with Giftino wallet credit.
• For cash on delivery, the amount due is collected at the door.
• Promo codes have their own conditions (for example first order only or a minimum spend), can't be exchanged for cash, and one code applies per order.

4. Delivery

• We deliver in the cities listed on our Delivery page within the time slot you choose. Same-day delivery depends on the cut-off time and item availability.
• Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, strikes or other events outside our control can cause delays.
• Please give a correct address and phone number for the recipient. If the recipient can't be reached or refuses the gift, we may not be able to refund perishable items.

5. Messages and content you add

• You own the videos, voice notes, photos and messages you add. You allow us to store, process and show them to the recipient and our support team to deliver the service.
• Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove such content and cancel the order.
• Notes for our florists and bakers are followed where possible but can't always be guaranteed.

6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Wallet, referrals and credit

• Giftino wallet credit can only be spent on Giftino orders and can't be withdrawn as cash.
• Referral rewards are paid as described in the app. We may withhold rewards obtained through fake accounts or abuse.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to deliver every gift on time and in perfect condition. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of Giftino means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
