Delete your Giftino account

You can ask us to delete your Giftino account and its data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 4724681 using the button below, or use live chat in the app (Profile → Help centre).
- Tell us the email address you use to sign in to Giftino.
- We confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days, then let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number and sign-in details
- Saved people, their addresses and special dates
- Video messages, voice notes and photos you uploaded
- Your wishlist, support chat, notification tokens and any remaining wallet credit
What we keep
Order totals and payment records, with your personal details removed, for up to 5 years where accounting or tax law requires it. Gifts still on their way are delivered or cancelled before the account is deleted.
