Pick a gift in the Giftino app, tap “Send now” (or add a few to your bag), choose who it's for, add a message, video or voice note, pick a delivery day and pay. You can follow every step under Gifts.

Yes. Add them to your bag and check out once; they're delivered together to the same person. You can also add small extras like balloons or a greeting card at checkout.

You can cancel from the order screen until we start preparing the gift. Wallet credit goes straight back to your wallet; card payments are refunded.

Yes. Turn on “Send anonymously” in the message step and your name stays a mystery.

Yes. Leave a note for our florists and bakers (for example “eggless” or a name on the cake). Only our team sees it.

Choose “Repeat” weekly or monthly on the delivery step. Each order is placed automatically two days before. Pause or stop anytime in Profile → Recurring gifts.

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Sialkot.

Yes. Gifts marked “Today” arrive the same day if you order before your city's cut-off, which is between 12 pm and 3 pm depending on the city.

Delivery costs Rs 250 to Rs 450 depending on the city and is always shown before you pay. Orders above the city's free-delivery amount ship free.

Open the order under Gifts in the app. You'll see each step as it happens, the courier on a live map once it's on the way, and a photo when it's delivered.

Your video, voice note and photos stay sealed until the gift is delivered. Then they unlock on the gift page and we tell you when the video is watched.

Up to 60 seconds. Record it in the app or choose one from your gallery. Large videos are compressed automatically for a quick upload.

Cash on delivery, debit or credit card through Safepay, or Giftino wallet credit. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Open the order and tap “Report a problem”, add a short note and a photo. Our team reviews it, and approved refunds go to your Giftino wallet.

Enter the code on the payment step and the discount is shown before you confirm. New customers get 20% off their first gift (up to Rs 1,000) with code WELCOME20.

Yes. Every order has a downloadable PDF invoice in the app.

Yes. Tap “Continue with Google”. If you already have an account with the same email, it's linked automatically.

Giftino is available on Google Play for Android. The iPhone app is coming soon.
