How same-day delivery works
Gifts that can arrive today are marked “Today” in the app. Order one before your city's cut-off and it is delivered the same day, in the morning (9 am to 12 pm), afternoon (12 to 4 pm) or evening (4 to 8 pm) slot.
After the cut-off you can still order for tomorrow or any later date, up to a year ahead.
Which gifts are same-day
Flowers, cakes, cake and flower combos, flowers with chocolates, chocolate bouquets, mithai and gift hampers are same-day gifts.
Perfumes, watches, handbags, wallets and clothing are not same-day, so choose a delivery date when you order.
Following the delivery
Once the courier is on the way you can follow them on a live map in the app, and you get a photo when the gift is delivered. If you attached a video, you're told when it's watched.
